Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gerse Natural

South of the Sidama region lies Yirgacheffe, the highest coffee terroir in Ethiopia. This relatively small region offers the perfect conditions for coffee production and is one of the most prized Ethiopian coffees in the world. The soil is naturally rich in nutrients and provides an incomparable flavor profile with a floral aroma. Although there are some large plantations, Yrgacheffe coffee is often produced by small coffee farmers, sometimes in combination with other crops.
